This class is designed for dogs who have completed Intro to Odor and shown proficiency finding the initial target odor (Birch). Dogs do not have to be actively competing to participate in this class.
Many classes will take place outside, please be prepared for varied weather conditions.
Teams will have the opportunity to develop their search skills to a new level. Each week will offer new challenges. Depending on the team, searches may be paired as a learning aid.
Further exposure to the two remaining target odors may occur also.
Teams may take this class multiple times, and the challenges will be tailored to your dog’s skill level.
Dogs will need to be able to settle, away from their handlers (either in a crate, or in their car), while not actively working.
This class is 90min and has a 6 team limit.
